How long does it take to process a 60-second video?
Without queuing, within 2 minutes.
Is credit consumption calculated per minute or per second?
Credits are calculated per second. Any fraction of a second is rounded up (ceiling). For example, a 30.02s video will be charged as 31 seconds.
How are credits handled for failed videos?
Credits are automatically refunded for videos marked as failed.
Is my video and data safe?
Videos are deleted right after analysis with no server-side caching; your personal analysis data is never made public.
Can payments within 30 days stack?
Yes. Credits stack, and the validity period is extended based on your most recent payment date.
What kind of prompts does the Production Prompt (创作剧本) generate?
It recomposes the breakdown into a production-grade, ready-to-generate script: each shot is decoupled into a visual prompt (shot size up front + entity tags), TTS-clean dialogue (spoken words only), ambient sound with background music, and precise duration, with acting emotion folded into the visuals. Copy the whole script or any single shot and paste it into Seedance / Jimeng to generate.
